Overview
About Me
Enthusiastic, out-going and outdoorsy!
I'm a 20 year old student from Canberra, the capital of Australia intent on seeing the world and all it has to offer on the limited budget I have available.
I have worked and volunteered for a variety of organisations at home and overseas, and I'm on the long, long, long road to becoming a doctor.
I've already traveled a little around Australia, Hawaii, France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Spain, as well as spending an amazing month in Thailand in some of the more rural areas which has sparked my thirst for more travel!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Rather than just skim the major tourist attractions I'd love to get more involved in the day to day life of normal, every day people.
As I'm not taking a tour and will be unfamiliar with most areas I visit, I'm looking forward to the opportunity to meet new people and to get little hints on the best places to go, restaurants to eat etc. from one of the locals.
New experiences!! I've only heard good things about couchsurfing and would love to give it a try!
---
At the moment I'm not in the position of housing anyone, but I'm happy to catch up if I'm free and show people around/give a ideas and tips about where to go and what to see in Australia's Capital :)
Interests
Travel! I'm particularly interested in art, adventure sports and history - I'd love to have years to travel around Europe, Japan, and South-East Asia.
I love reading, music (I play the piano), writing, bike-riding, swimming (the beach!), science , the beach and the snow, and food of course. Just to name a few.
