ABOUT ME
I’m Canadian born and my roots are Italian, Dutch, and Belgian. My family lives all over the world (Italy, Canada, Australia, Holland, Belgium). I support whole food plant-based lifestyles and organic living. My body is my instrument because I’m a singer-songwriter. Nutrition, fitness, and meditation is important to me. Feeling alive and thriving everyday is #1 to me! I’m an early bird and not usually a night owl. I don’t drink or smoke. I love going out dancing! I’ve been practicing yoga for years. I grew up with many types of pets such as 3 different breeds of rabbits, small and very large birds, small and large dogs, and a cat. I love animals, wildlife, and nature. My personality type is INFP, my horoscope is Cancer, and my dosha is Vata-Pitta. I love living in a positive, clean, smoke-free, and welcoming environment. I enjoy sharing my travel stories and experiences with everyone I meet. I hope to inspire others, meet new people (especially locals), and to experience amazing new adventures!

BOOKS: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, Fearlessness by Pema Chodron, The Practical Neuroscience of Buddha’s Brain by Rick Hanson

MUSIC: I have a strong appreciation for every genre of music. I studied music in university and I continue to study it. I love listening to soul, rnb, pop, jazz, blues, ambience, electronic, classical, opera, etc. The only genres of music I don’t listen to frequently are metal, rock, country.

MOVIES: The Sound of Music, Matilda, Pete’s Dragon, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Pursuit Of Happiness. I love documentaries and biographies about topics and people that inspire me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Travelled solo to Italy and met hundreds of my Italian family members for the first time in my life! Roadtripped to over 40 cities in Italy with my cousin and friends. It was a surreal and unforgettable experience.
• Performed in front of thousands of people (singing) :)
• Practiced yoga on top the highest mountain in Calabria, Italy!
• Hitchhiked across the east coast of Canada for 2 months and hiked up sugar loaf mountain in Cape Breton NS!

• I graduated with a 4-year university BA in Popular Music and Media, Info and Technoculture with a Certificate in Writing. My passion is singing, music, performance, songwriting. I also studied with Berklee College of Music online.

Couchsurfing is not free and it is an exchange of quality time and creating memorable experiences together. It is sharing expenses to create a well-worthy experience, creating new friend(s), making and enjoying meals/food, exploring local culture and events together, bonding over similar interests and values, etc.
