Hello! I'm a Filipina-American currently living and teaching English in Tokyo, Japan. My parents grew up in Iloilo, Philippines, but I was born in the suburbs of New York. I go back "home" to visit relatives in the Philippines every year or every two years, though I have many relatives also living in Canada. I love people, stories, and history!
I love being surrounded by people who appreciate art in all its forms. I can get along with anyone who is open-minded.
I can easily get cluttered with things, but I prefer to be clean. I'm not too into loud parties, unless they're with very close friends. I don't like smoke.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have many friends who have tried and loved couchsurfing, and since I travel as much as I can, I decided to try it out!

Interests

I love to sing, go out for food, travel all over, play taiko (Japanese drums), Eisaa (I play the hand-held shime-daiko drum), play with animals (especially dogs and hamsters haha), do yoga, soak in onsen, read, play games with friends, and more!
