I'm 21 years old. My degree program at RIT takes 5 years with a full year of internship requirements. I decided I wanted to work on the Oregon Coast so I called 47 breweries until I got a job! I love this area. The beach seriously calls to me! (In a completely not creepy way.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going home! Rochester home. I am doing my first road trip alone and hotels just cost way too much for a college kid on a really tight budget.

Interests

Absolutely anything! I just tried kayaking for the first time and loved it. I am on the Varsity Crew team at RIT (so I row a boat!) I'm currently training for the Fall season so I should probably put that I'm interested in working out.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like alternative, country, Christian, "old" stuff, and classical... so basically whatever is on! Asking for a favorite movie is not a fair question. Top five in kind of an order: Coyote Ugly, Freedom Writers, The Other Woman, Aladdin, and Boondock Saint's. One book?! I can only choose one??? Nope. Top five in no order: Game of Thrones, anything by Nora Roberts, some Stephen King (some of his stuff is definitely out there!), the Harry Potter series, and whatever book on cd my mom grabs for our road trips.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved all the way across the country to go to college. I had no connections or family in the area. I visited and just completely fell in love with the school.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how to play the ukelele. I have one but I left it in NY for the summer so my friend could use it. If you have an extra and are extremely patient then yeah!
