About Me
Hey ya, I'm Cassandra (Cassie), I'm 24, Australian, and currently living in the UK on my two year working visa with my partner Steven. I am dipolma trained in Child Studies (teaching 0-5yr olds) and currently doing my teaching degree online. I have previously travelles to Singapore and Malaysia on a family holiday, spent 5 weeks in the south of America in an RV with my family, been on a cruise to Vanautu and New Caledonia, and been on two separate trips to Bali. This is my first time in Europe!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To travel the off tourist tracks. I want to see locations through the locals eyes. I still want to see attractions, but I don't want to pay a small fortune and get stuck in the tourist traps.
I think couch surfing is a great way to meet like minded people who are up for adventures, a chat and a laugh
Interests
I absolutely love live music events and music festivals. Even better if they are camping festivals. I went camping alot while younger with my family and have been discovering my love for camping, hiking, and adventuring as an adult. While younger I played tennis for many years. As an adult I have played soccer (football) for 12yrs until I injured my ankle at the end of last season and haven't played in about a year.
In the last few years I have found a love for cooking and trying out new recipes.
