About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn more, more, more from all of you.
ABOUT ME
I am passionate, I am young, I keep an open mind.
I was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but have moved to the great city of Chicago to pursue a college degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Management.
I am a laid back individual who loves conversation and human beings...the amount that we can learn from one another through discourse is unbelievable. Understanding variances in perspectives, perceptions and values is invaluable to living.
Although I love to just relax with a few folks, wine and dine if you will, I also adore the outdoors and being active in nature.
PHILOSOPHY
Living in the present, moment by moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a newbie! I'm thoroughly impressed by what I have seen among this community...I want nothing more than to contribute to it and begin to host. One day, when I'm not so broke, I will definitely be surfing abroad.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None so far. Help me out with that! I promise I am hospitable :)
Interests
MUSIC. Playing, listening, shows. I play guitar and sing, as well as dabble in some other musical endeavors. I would consider music my main passion in life and I'd love to share it with you :)

Movies...really big Wes Anderson fan! Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Life Aquatic and Darjeeling Limited being my most favorite. Also, American Beauty, The Big Lebowski, Science of Sleep, It's a Wonderful Life, Into the Wild, etc etc
Books...Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, 1984, The Pianist, Heart of Darkness, The Stranger and others I am forgetting. I wish I took more time to read :(
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing the American West was such an awe-inspiring, spiritual experience. I remember it being so, even though I was quite young.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my love for people and maybe even teach you some songs on the guitar :)
