Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In my old house we called them "the French couch surfers." They were doing a grand tour of the US and for some reason felt that Grand Rapids, MI, should be included (maybe it was the "grand" in the title); but we're glad they put us on their list.
It was my house mate's birthday, and we all stayed up until 3 in the morning watching Justine and John trying to make birthday crepes out of vegan ingredients. Turns out egg replacer doesn't really replace so well. Birthday sponge, anyone?
One of my best memories of that winter.
