ABOUT ME

I am a 20 yr old student of the University of Alabama. I really want to travel, especially abroad. I plan to try to move to Europe for grad school in about a year and a half, and am very excited! I am studying history and international relations and plan to go into human rights activism and try to work for the UN (eventually). I like to have fun, but there isn't too much to do here in Tuscaloosa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had any CS experience yet; however, I spent this last summer studying in London and Barcelona. I have also visited Wales, Northern Ireland, France, and various places around the US.

Interests

I spend a LOT of time at the library, but when I'm not there I like to cook, learn languages, bake, play tennis, play music (saxophone), watch youtube videos, and just hang out with friends (at bars, clubs, restaurants, or just at home)

Music, Movies, and Books

HARRY POTTER!!! haha.. I also really enjoy The Hunger Games, Twilight, Nicholas Sparks books, and a vareity of others. As for movies, I go to the cinema frequently, so I can't even start to pick an absolute favorite. I love action/superhero movies like The Avengers, Iron Man, Thor, Spiderman, Batman, Captain America, The Hulk, X-Men, ect. I like scary movies sometimes. I also enjoy comedies like Step Brothers, I Love You Man, Bad Teacher, Horrible Bosses, The Hangover, ect. Jason Segal is one of my favorites. And for music, Mumford and Sons is my favorite right now.. I pretty much will listen to anything on the radio.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is live abroad, I suppose. There are so many beautiful things I have seen on my trips, but Wales is the most amazing place I've ever seen.
