Cassie is an experienced yoga teacher who is educated not only in yoga but also in psychology, emotional processing, restorative movement, alignment, biomechanics, meditation, and stress reduction. She has a Honors BA in Psychology and Women’s studies. Having practiced yoga personally since the late 80's and teaching yoga professionally since 2011, Cassie is an excellent choice to assist you with recovering from an injury, maintaining wellness, and defining a sustainable long-term personal practice. She is well-known for her insightful metaphors and analogies in her stories that resonate with students on and off the mat.
