Currently in Buzios with a friend (my bffs brother, she went home unfortunately but we are still traveling). Currently looking for folks to hang with in Buzios, maybe go on a boat tomorrow or beach it up? Locals have been friendly but it’s been difficult to make friends and socialize due to the families and couples here! I work at a business consulting firm and also am starting up my own business consulting people and companies on how to travel for free! I work hard and play hard. Love meeting new people and learning about other cultures!

PHILOSOPHY

What goes around comes around. If we have the opportunity to help someone else, do it. If you don't have money to contribute, use the resources we have. Don't be afraid to live life. You might not be able to change the world but you can change one persons life, who then might change someone else and a ripple effect happens so that at least we can make a small dent.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have had a few couchsurfers before and just bought a condo so will likely start to selectively host again. I am occasionally available to meet up with travelers to explore my city and love to meet locals and other travelers in other cities!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had lots of couch hopping experiences through friends and even more in Ghana! In Ghana, everyone knows everyone and if you need a place to stay and someone has a friend there, they offer you a place without even asking the person. People are so friendly and it's just about community and people. I wish it could be more like that here! Have met other couchsurfers abroad to hang out and had some of the best memories thanks to them (see photo of New Years in Budapest).

Skydived, bungee jumped, bungee swang, whitewater rafted with crocodiles (and our boat flipped and we swam!), rode in a drift racing car demo at a car show
