I've lived most of my adult life in Rhode Island, and have now been living in New Orleans volunteering to try and restore the bayou! I love dirt, plants, and loud music. I am super silly but sometimes super serious, even though I've got a chipmunk-voice.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've become a sort of house-mom at a volunteer organization which takes in lots of couch surfers. I love showing people around the local spots, but mostly hearing everyone's fascinating tales of traveling, working, and livin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only been a host so far, due to the fact that my housemate is an epic couch surfing host. I can't wait to get out there and meet people on their own turf! So many super rad couch surfers have come through here and have inspired me to grab life by the horns and boogie.

Hiking a bunch of the Appalachian Trail forevah changed my life. Being outside 100% of the time and meeting incredible human beings every single day is how i'd like the rest of my life to be. TREES N PEEPS.

I would love to teach people about environmental issues mostly related to wetlands! I'm also happy to discuss some backpacking I have done on the Appalachian Trail and all about how life changing BEING OUTSIDE FOR A WHILE can be! I'd like to learn more practical information about gardening. I'd also love to jam with some musicians as it currently raises my heart rate too much!
