Hi, this is Cassio. I'm a Brazilian computer engineer working as a researcher in AI and living in Metz, east France. I also lived one year in Budapest, Hungary. Visited 20+ countries in Europe, hopefully still counting!

In my free time, I enjoy running or simply walking around to appreciate every corner of the city that usually goes by unnoticed in everyday's hush. Every once in a while, I also like to write. It helps me think, plan and see things more clearly. One thing that I also love is the small talk and meeting new people, that's part of what we call "jeitinho brasileiro" (the little Brazilian way of life).

As a computer engineer, I specialized in machine learning applied to speech recognition. If you're into tech we can have forever long talks about it. I also love to talk about life and listen to other people's point of view on career, future, kids, marriage, regrets, starting-overs, etc.
