ABOUT ME

I think I'm an easy person to get on with, I'd say I'm not confrontational but like discussing issues and ideas without preaching about them.
I've travelled quite a lot and my dreams are to see the northern lights and maybe spend some time in new zealand

I've now got a 3 year old, so life's a bit more hectic, or at least more of a balancing act between work, being a good mum and making sure I get to the pub occasionally. It normally works!!

My partner is Jon, we do quite a bit of travelling together.

PHILOSOPHY

Appreciate the lows as much as the highs, learn to let things go and learn from mistakes, but don't assume what's right for you will be the same solution for other peoples situations. I like to think I don't preach at people but have some valid thoughts that I'm happy to share.

Really positive experiences so far, I'm about to move homes and so I can let people come and stay more often, should be exciting!!

Intereses

art, dreaming, dreaming about art, creative ways of exploring serious issues, eating good food, watching good movies (neighbours and home away are guilty secrets) going for walks in beautiful places...meeting up with beautiful friends, and so on!!!!

ooh... I like movies as diverse as the Labyrinth, to Little Miss Sunshine, and my music collection has folk, reggae, triphop, world music!
Books now are often to do with alternative childrearing, steiner related, or folk tales, Poisonwood Bible my Barbara Kingsolver is brilliant

Anyone with creative skills. I love felting so anyone who can do some felting with me! at my house, or yours. Or going to storytelling nights, though I'm not so good at standing up on a stage!
