Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Dan Millman's "Way of The Peaceful Warrior". Many other's written in the first person.
I've edited and contributed to a book as well: "A Name For People Like Me" by Rob Zona with Guy Castonguay.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydived, had a parachute failure, landed with my reserve parachute, and about an hour later, did another jump!
For 6 non-consecutive years beginning in 2007, I have cycled 600 km in 6 days from Toronto to Montréal raising money for the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation. My last one was August 2017.
Cycling trip: August 9 - 14, 2015, cycled 6 days from Montréal to NYC!
From July 29 - August 17, 2012, I cycled 1,242km (770 miles) from Toronto to La Pocatiere, QC, and back to Québec City! Wahoo! From Toronto to Montreal, I cycled with about 300 other cyclists raising money for charity and then I continued on my own for the rest of the journey. :-)
Teach, Learn, Share
I could help someone improve their English, acting/writing skills, share my choral singing experiences, cycling trips, and other life adventures! I would like to learn about the adventures of other people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Swimming, running, cycling, or hiking events - wahoo!
