Overview
About Me
I love life, laughter, the outdoors and real heart-felt connections with people.
Something unusual? I grew up in an alternative town, surrounded by Sufis, Buddhists, a lot of Hippies and lovely Spanish locals in the mountains...
I teach yoga to people with disabilities, and work with healing trauma in the body.
I've not been active for a while as I've been unable to host these last two years, but would love to invite people again from now on.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Great way to meet locals while traveling, and when I can, give back to people that might need help.
Unfortunately have been unable to host much, as I have been away and didn't have a room.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Too much out there. Don't really like what plays on the radio though. Mainly the Classics (Pink Floyd and that whole crowd), classical and the occasional rap, hip hop and Electro.
Movies - From the early Star Wars to The Piano or Chunking Express, Kieslowski's Blue and À bout de souffle. Hayao Miyazaki's films will alway warm my heart... studied a lot of cinematography so I do really appreciate good movies but I can definetly also enjoy entertaining ones!
Books - Always love a good Classic or poetry, but mostly enjoying contemporary literature these past years. Chinua Achebe, Zadie Smith, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking through some of the Australian bush on my own.
Teach, Learn, Share

What I Can Share with Hosts
Genuine laughter, honesty, some yoga if interested, a helping hand in house chores, maybe some language practice? A ton of gratitude!
