I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I am currently studying Spanish at a local university. I often spend my days during school, other than studying, volunteering at local non-profits that are geared towards providing immigrants recourses for living in the United States. I look for as many opportunities to broaden my understanding of the diversity of cultures and individuals that live both in my community, as well as communities all over the world. I love practicing my Spanish and love any opportunity to further my language skills!

I am an avid biker and outdoor enthusiast. Other than school may it be biking, climbing, hiking, or backpacking, I will take any chance to spend as much time outside. While living in a city I look to stay connected to nature with gardening, farming, and learning more about sustainable living. Additionally, I love spending my time enjoying a good book, drinking a cup of tea, or embarking on an adventure.
