Holi! Nice to meet you :)

I’m Cata, an Argentinian yoga teacher and Scuba instructor. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, but living currently in a small island lost in the Caribbean Sea, called Roatan, in Honduras. Unfortunately, not able to host atm (my place is tiny), but hopefully soon enough I'll be able to move and host! In the mean time, count on me to show you around and maybe even go scuba or snorkeling together!

A little about me:
I’m passionate about both of my jobs, I find in these disciplines that I teach (and practice), the silence, observation and union with something else - or just myself. I love to teach and accompany people’s processes while they discover new things about themselves 🥰

Some things I love and need in my life: music and live concerts, books and movies, wildlife, conservation, yoga, handstands, physical movement of any kind, the ocean, mountains, hiking, deep conversations, sharing life experiences and laughing, please, loads of laughs!

So hopefully we’ll get to meet each other and make a beautiful connection that probably wouldn’t be possible without CS 🫶🏾

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving and being close to big big animals like Whale Shark, Sharks or Manta Ray. Being on top of the Andes mountains (Patagonia).

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing a vegetarian meal over a wine or a beer, and talk for hours about life. Going for walks in the city or nature (at any time haha), practice some handstands or yoga. Also we could share some silence :)
