Hi everyone! I'm Cata and I'm from Spain :)

I studied Social Work and I work with kids, but I recently decided to start studying again, this time psychology! It's something I'm really interesting on, in general, psychology, sociology and educational/pedagogical methods are part of my personal development interests!

I'm here to increase the opportunity of explore the world and create good friendships on the process, and of course, also because I want to have unique and special adventures and experiences 😊

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to tell you why I decided to join this community; It's true that for now I can't host people in my place, but I would LOVE to meet and show you amazing places in my hometown. The real reason why I decided to be here, it's not just to "save money", it's also because I've been traveling lately, I've been interacting with people from many other places and cultures and I found out that it's something that I really love and enjoy, I really like to hear the stories of the people and to learn about other cultures and traditions, it's important for me, my job and my personal growth.

I had the opportunity of make a rail trip around Europe, during this trip I planned to visit some friends I met on other trips, but while I was planning everything, CS appeared in my life, and I decided to give it a try... Since I thought it would be nice to know locals, learn deeply about the culture and the places and make new friends... And it seems like I wasn't wrong, cause it was amazing!

I would love to find nice people who can teach me new things and can show me amazing spots in their hometowns or respective places.

- About books: I'm collecting "The Little Prince", I buy a different one in every country I visit, to have it in a different language. I also enjoy a lot reading Ken Follet lately, in general I'm a 🤓
- About music: one of my favorite artist is Coldplay, but my playlist is really random 🤯

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I see love everywhere I go, and I think it's beautiful to be that kind of person who still pay attention for the little details on the street everywhere I go and chooses to see the beauty and the love in all places, instead of paying attention of all what make that places completely different from other places... 💌
