Hi there! I'm Catarina, a young portuguese girl with a lot of curiosity regarding the world in which we live.
I found out in architecture an exciting way to explore the confrontation between the creative aspect of the human being and its application in the real life, and everyday i try to improve the relation between this two aspects.
I also love drawing and painting - when travelling, i always have my graphic diary - and sometimes i do some works in illustration, cartoon and graphic design.
I'm a very methodic and focused person, when I'm doing something I really like I completely turn off the rest of the world.
I can be a little shy at first, but if I find some interest in common with the other person a can talk for hours :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Last year I did an exchange experience in Milan, on the first year of my Master, that gave me the opportunity to travel a lot, and I started to enjoy the couchsurfing purpose. In Milan i hosted a few people with other friends (you can check the references here, in Ana Carolina Helena's profile: https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/2000118826) and now, during my internship in Basel, i would like to try it by myself :)

- I went to a summer school in England in 2011 to improve the language and to know other cultures.
- In 2014, I slept in a hostel at 2500m high, in Switzerland (Kandersteg)
