Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think world can be exclusively explained by properties of its components and for this reason I want to improve my knowledge of all cultures different from mine.
Unfortunately I'm also a pathologically stingy person so Couchsurfing seems the perfect solution!

Interests

I have a weakness for Italian cinema: Pasolini, Vittorio De Sica and Bernando Bertolucci are my favourite directors.
I have done classic and contemporary dance but I would love to meet a fascinating tango teacher: latin dances are terrific.

A book on a hammock in the countryside is my prayer.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: I am mad about singer-songwriters: De Andrè, Leonard Cohen, Cat Stevens, Serge Gainsbourg, Georges Brassens but I appreciate the sound of jazz, blues (I play in a sax quartet) and the best house music as well.
MOVIES: Lars Von Trier and Gaspar Noè are men of genius but "La terrazza" by Ettore Scola wins the first prize.
BOOKS: How difficult! The terror tales by Edgar Allan Poe and Lolita by Nabokov joint winners.

I walked through the marvelous chandeliers of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul and had a nocturne walking tour of the Old Jewish Cemetery in Prague.
