Overview
About Me
I am a curious person and I Iike to breath different airs. I love reading poems with a cup of tea in a rainy day, but no one can hold me inside if the sun is shining. I am very dynamic and hyperactive, but I am learning how to be slow and enjoying the present moment :)
I just finished a working experience with refugees and asylum seekers in Mantova (Northern Italy) and I am going to start a Master Degree in Migration Studies in Copenaghen. I am very sensitive about other cultures and how they are represented.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to feel the place where I am at 100% and be part of the day to day life in another country is what make a journey special to me. Couchsurfing is all about meeting locals and feel one of them! Since I tried the experience the first time I immediately realise how valuable it is: I never go back!
Interests
Right now I'm moving my first steps (literally) into the slow travels world! I love being in the nature, feel the environment around me, its smells and sounds and colours...but I'm not so sporty :) so I found walking the perfect match for me. The pleasure to see how the landscape changes step by step is priceless. With my backpack on my shoulders I feel safe and happy: just take the road and go!!

Music, Movies, and Books
According with the idea of leaving the best at the end I start with the thing I'm most low on: movies!I really need someone who can give me a list of the 100 movies you have to see before dying! (By the way I'm a Star Wars fan). What about books...to be 100% honest I love more books than reading: take me to a second-hand bookshop and I can stay hours flipping through the yellowed pages. So I never travel without a book as a friend and I discovered poems to be the best travel mates! I "steal" music from everyone I meet on the way, it's such a cool way to know different genres and to remember who you met on the way! Then be ready!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A van road trip around Australia for 2 months, the sunset in Venice and the sunrise in Istanbul, several crash with my longboard, snorkelling with Wale Sharks (they are vegetarian by the way!). But of course the best has to come!
Teach, Learn, Share
I will definitely share my point of view, my funny stories and some of my projects for the future! In front of a good glass of wine and a nice meal is even better ;)
