About Me

CURRENT MISSION

'Aún aprendo'

ABOUT ME

spontaneous, silly, thoughtful. Roll down the window and let the wind blow back your hair.

PHILOSOPHY

If it's not fun why do it?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surf and host - give and take. Reciprocity at its finest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have been looking for couches to surf and people to meet more recently -and look forward to surfing and hosting in the near future when not abroad!

Interests

People and things that are out of my comfort zone - exploring along with a good balance of relaxing with the people, places, and things I know well. Going to extremes happens naturally.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking great leaps - from bridges, cliffs, rocks, one place to another - standing on a cliff overlooking a Moroccan beach in the pouring rain.
Surviving a 180 mile bike trek - terrifying at parts and exhilarating all the time
The moon, seen anywhere in the world, every night. I love rituals surrounding night and day.

Teach, Learn, Share

CouchSurfing pushes against the tendency today to distrust the stranger, and instead, returns to a tradition of hospitality. If human beings are naturally good, then couchsurfing is truly a manifestation of something we all share - we can all provide hospitality, as well as rely on generosity - it's a universal balance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

conversation in all forms (learning and sharing languages), songs, cooking together, crafting.

Countries I’ve Visited
