Growing up in different countries must've given me some sort of a travelling bug ~ or at least the taste of other cultures and the desire to see more...
Artistic, creative, musical, I enjoy the simple yet fulfilling things in Life: fun, joy, laughter, friends, sunsets and watching stars...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

hmmm.. I'm completely new at this, so not sure how I'm contributing just yet ~ just hoping to meet some wonderful people and from my experience, travelling is so much better when you've got local knowledge!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

What an amazing way to meet the locals - and fellow travellers! - and get a real insight into local life! Friends were made, that I'm still in touch with, Worlds get brought together that might otherwise have stayed separate: ie, the observer and observed.
What a Wonderful way of learning about and mixing up the Cultures!! ; )

Like any open network though, there is a need to sift through the profiles and, especially as a female traveller, suss out the ones who use this as a way of meeting girls ~ yes, despite the very Clear warning when you 1st join up that this site is not to be used for that! Unfortunately there was a loooot of that in India - but they're pretty easily spotted once you're onto it ; P
