When I am home I am an advocate for quiet play-- crafts and sewing, scrabble, and most importantly, SSR. I balance my tendency to be a touch reclusive by traveling, which I love to do in equal measure.

I love to share my home with world-wearied travelers. I also love to find a place to rest when I am weary myself. I am constantly in awe of the generosity displayed by those who have taken me in via CS and would like to return the favor.

Banjo tunes and sad piano ballads, dancing, coffee, good food, exciting books, costume parties, cats, hammocks, laying in hammocks when mosquitoes are nowhere to be seen, living by water, playing in water, and that sweet, sweet relief you feel on your last day of work when you've got nothing in front of you but free time, herbal tea, and quilt squares to piece together.
