My name is Catherine (25yo she/her) and I am travelling with my partner Ranay (28yo he/him). We are both from Australia. We are on currently on our year-long adventure in Europe, North and South America.

On our trip we want to:
- meet wonderful people
- hike and cycle in beautiful places
- improve our Spanish
- figure out what careers and what life looks for us after this trip
- have fun!

We are respectful and have both lived in share houses for the last 5+ years so are comfortable sharing spaces. We love to cook and would be happy to cook with/for our hosts! We are both vegetarians.

Music, Movies, and Books

We love life affirming film like ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ and ‘Nine Days’.

At the moment we are doing a lot of soul searching and trying to figure out where we want to live and what careers will do some good in this mad world. As such, we are reading books on the mind and on morality like ‘A New Earth’ by Eckhart Tolle and ‘The Precipice’ by Toby Ord.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In May 2022 we quit our 9-5 jobs, sold all our stuff and jetted off with no return date!

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach you the limited Spanish we know, how to cook many dishes and how to play some card games! Ranay can also teach you how to solve a plethora of different IT problems and the basics of photography (film and digital).
