I have traveled extensively over the course of 50 years in more than 100 countries. Since I retired, I live in Chiang Mai, Thailand and continue to take one or two trips a year. I have written three books about my travels and I am currently working on the fourth book.

I just returned from traveling in Greece, Slovenia, Germany and France. I am ensconced in a Guest House and therefore cannot host anyone at the moment. I am open to meet-ups for coffee, drinks, or whatever, to exchange travel stories and/or information.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my travels I have met other couchsurfing members who recommended it to me. Since one of my major reasons to travel is to meet people, particularly locals, it should be a good fit for me.
