Hi everyone,

We are a young couple who love to discover new countries and cultures, we lived for few years in Africa (Djibouti, Senegal, Gabon) and we have visit some european countries (Barcelona, Amsterdam, London, Berlin) and several great trips (Japon, Corée du Sud...)
We are 24 and 27 years old respectively, and we traveling to discover the world, the people who populate it and their way of life.
I am a specialized educator and work with people living in social and / or psychological difficulties, I resume my studies in September 2018 to specialize in sociology. Kevin resumed his studies and specializes in law and political science.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We tried couchsurfing for the first time in South Korea as well as in Japan. It was a unique experience, we found ourselves in ten in a small room where we made very nice meetings with people from all horizons.

We love music very much, it reminds us of specific moments, transmits feelings to us. So we often do summer music festivals.
(Solidays, les Vieilles Charrue, Rock en Seine, Pantiero...)

Although we have musical preferences (trip hop, electronic music, house, hip-hop, ...), we like to discover new bands, new genres and instruments.In our couple, Kevin makes, for pleasure, music assisted by computer.

We often watch manga, and it allows us to learn Japanese (One Piece, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto, Bleach ...).

We like social films that deal with problems encountered in our societies (education, disability, precariousness, relationships between humans, ...) as : American Story X, La Vague, Elephant, We Need to Talk about Kevin, Un Prophète and others that we will be delighted to share and view with you.
We love Xavier Dolan (Les Amours Imaginaires, Laurence Anyways, J'ai tué ma mère...)
We appreciate the movies of Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Django Unchained, Reservoir Dog).

We have readings very oriented according to what we live, according to what questions us.
At the moment, we read many books on the history of Africa and pan-Africanism with authors such as Cheikh Anta Diop, Kemi Seba. We remain very curious and want to learn constantly, to discover new things.

Going to villages to meet African tribes with different histories, ethnicities and traditions ( Massai People, Bedik People...)

Sleep in a Buddhist temple with monks in South Korea.

Walk along the Spanish and Portuguese skateboard coast.

Having traveled, we like to share our travels, photos, anecdotes.

It is with pleasure that we would discover French specialties (cheese, wine, pastries) but also typical meals and drink of course.
