ABOUT ME
G'day mate! :)
I am your basic (but entertaining!) mid-twenties chick. Always smiling, I try to get the positive out of eveything and everyone and obviously always willing to have a good time! I have hunger for new experiences, gotta try 'em all! 😂 And thurst for travels, like you all probably do.

I am only just starting my journey to South East Asia. Hopefully make the most of it and then I might try to get a job as an english teacher in Korea or something...

I enjoy travelling much more when I meet locals, because the I can feel the mentality and lifestyle of the country, the real culture behind it!

PHILOSOPHY
Life is very simple. All you need is good people around you and the will to do cool stuff and get out of your comfort zone. Keep moving if you want to keep your balance. It's just like riding a bicycle. Try new stuff. Do more. Expect less. Be authentic, honest and real both with others and yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My participation is limited to surfing for now, I have surfed a fair bit while travelling last year and I am very grateful to everyone who had been there for me. I like the idea of sharing and give what you can to the others. I strongly believe in karma (which has no deadline) and had been sharing what i could with the hosts i had. When I get a permanent place to stay I will happily be taking people on my couch!

MUSIC : I haven't been looking for new music in ages!! But yeh I'd say : What so Not / Odesza / Bonobo / Sia / Qualité Motel / Misteur Valaire / Manu Chao / Pretty Lights / Massive Attack / Royksopp / MSTRKRFT / The Black Keys / Linkin Park / To name only those ones... I really enjoy electro music! But also rock, pop, folk (especially irish one!), reggae, classic, musicals, all good stuff!

MOVIES : Fight Club / A Scanner Darkly / Inception / Slumdog Millionaire / L'Audition / RRRrrr!!! / Bon cop, bad cop / Piché, entre ciel et terre / The Wolf of Wall Street / Switch / Seven Pounds / About Time / Hunger Games / among lots of others! Mostly psychological thrillers, dramas, funny movies and NOT kitsh love movies haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participated to Montreal Fashion Week through a fashion breakthrough designers contest. I really enjoyed it, one of the best days of my life! :)

Stupidly spent all my money in New Zealand in a month! But then got to go on a helicopter to walk on a glacier, had a cruise on a sound and on a lake to go see a maori carving, went caving and rock climbing, saw multicolor hot springs, walked around a volcano. On the complete opposite of that, we also tried hitch hiking, sleeping in the woods in hammocks (we should have brought sleeping bags! Brr!) and sleeping in a publlic park).

In Australia I had to do some farm work for my 2nd year visa. I did the classical fruit picking, but also some cow milking, which is surprisingly pretty cool!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very open to try new things! I enjoy learning! Teach me about your culture, your language, the music you listen to, what is different about where you come from?
I can teach you french, violin, piano and can tell you about the fashion industry as I used to work in this field. Although don't ask me what are the latest trends as I've been out there travelling for so long!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook!!!! 🎂🍝🍛🍗 ...and I love it! I can offer great company as I'm pretty entertainig 😎 and pretty happy to share some drinks! 🍻
