I'm about to embark on the biggest trip of my life and currently in planning stages! I am setting off in September 2017 for about 7 months to travel Asia and SE Asia. First stop JAPAN! Then I plan to do South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia final stop Philippines!

I live and work in London as a Dietitian (Nutritionist) and I spend every minute of my day talking and thinking about food.. I love food and the importance of sharing a meal with friends, family even random people it really brings people together! I plan to go to a cooking school in each place I visit as I love cooking and learning about flavours from around the world!

I practice hatha yoga and really enjoy taking a moment out of crazy busy London to unwind, meditate and slow down. I look forward to visiting Buddhist temples and practicing some meditation on my travels. Well trying to practice! Lol

I'm obsessed with the underwater world. I've been fortunate enough to dive in some unbelievable places including Komodo and Rinca islands Indonesia and Caribbean Sea. Another thing I really can't wait to do when I go off travelling!

I also love to meet new people, learn about new cultures and socialise- ask any of my friends and they'll tell you I can make friends with plants! :) I really enjoy a good party and love to dance!! Welcome any ideas of where to spend Christmas and New Year 2017 will likely be in Thailand but flexible to this.

Too many to mention man!!! Tend to read the Manbooker prize winner book as well as those taking you on a journey of enlightenment.

When it comes to movies I'm not your typical chick flick- rom com kinda girl! I love movies and documentaries about history, war, political uprising, suspense thriller, action, gangster, horror, sci-fi, fantasy and kung fu. Star Wars obviously, The Patriot and Goodfellas are some of my favourite! I do Love a cheeky comedy also- Will Ferrell is the ultimate !
