I would rather learn what is good from someone who lives in these new places I will be exploring, what tiny hole in the wall food place I should go to and what to avoid. While I do like to take some cheesy photos like a typical tourist, I want to see something a bit different, that isn't just the trip advisor top 10.

It may not sound like much but for me, moving to live in Paris without first having somewhere to live is the most amazing thing I've done. I had to take a leap of faith that it was all going to be alright... and it did somehow work itself out! oh and I made a 3 tier wedding cake when I was 18, that was cool.
