Hey! So here's a little about me; born and raised in Montreal by a Scottish dad and a French mom. Grew up in a very multicultural neighborhood so I can swear in several languages. I'm a contemporary dancer and I generally try to combine travelling with my dance career (one of the perks of having an unstable, artistic career)! Aside from that, I love pancakes/breakfast, got a sweet tooth, can watch the Office (U.S version, sorry lads) just about anytime of day and I'm more of a human after a cup of joe. I'm curious and chatty, but I also pick up on social cues, body language, i.e I won't be that family member who doesn't get a clue as to why you'd rather not explain why you're still single in a room filled with people. I enjoy beer, wine and the occasional Jameson or rhum. Finally, I'm mainly interested in discovering new places, art, movies, people and sharing good energies in life all while attacking new, ambitious projects.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing, because I'd like to, both, share my city with others and have others offer me some local insight into their city. It's also a plus, budget-wise. My roommate got me into it after we received a couchsurfer from Quebec city who, as it turns out, was originally from Brazil just like my roommate and had moved to Quebec a few years ago. They still keep in touch.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went on a whim to Berlin to participate in a dance program for a month. I found a place to stay while at the airport in Montreal on my way to Germany. I danced 9 hours a day, had blisters, met incredible people and drank beer on the street (legally!).

On another note, I've been to Chile for a month. We went on a roadtrips, visiting vibrant cities such as Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, Santiago, Puerto Montt while also spending time in the mountains and in the countryside. We celebrated New Year's Eve through the labyrinth stairs of Valparaiso while eating fresh sea food in Los Villos and watching the stars in Batuco.

Finally, I went to Colombia in Medellin and Cartagena with friends to visit, salsa dance and enjoy the beach. In general, I love South America, the vibe, the music, the warmth.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can go on coffee runs for us or crack open a bottle of wine and swap funny stories. I can give tips for your physical health. I also speak french from Quebec, so if you want to learn funny expressions or words, I'm your girl.

I'm new on this platform, but have always been drawn to it. As I said, I'm curious and I love meeting new people in different places and just enjoying and sharing a good time.
