ABOUT ME
I try to appreciate the beauty in simplicity.
Humor is an important part of enjoying life.
Introverted, curious.
I like to take life in slowly and think about it thoroughly.
Very interested in adventure, animals, arts/humanities, photography, challenging myself, continually learning from others.
PHILOSOPHY
Experience happiness with what you have in this life, and take it very seriously. It's a richly rewarding experience, no matter which twists and turns that you take.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will enjoy helping you, if you need and would like help. A place to stay or just getting your bearings or needing advice for travel here or elsewhere. I specialize in emergency requests.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Through mutual friends, I experienced a three-week road trip up the coast of California in December of 2006. Kind and generous people that I met along the way provided me their help, couches, and time. Made valued friendships that I am thankful for.
Couchsurfing taught me many good lessons in life from the people that I met due to this service. I am a changed person for the better and worse.
January 2008 surfed one evening in Berlin... lovely experience.
One week prior through more convoluted networking- stayed with a friend-of-a-friend in Madrid for a few nights.
Summer of 2009 surfed with three wonderful people in London and Vienna.
Interests
Everything...
Forever learning, changing, growing.
Animals, music, nature, the arts, various projects, community involvement, attempting to enhance my own and others' quality of life.
I really enjoy mind-melding with people; having a connection that lasts a lifetime. I thank couchsurfing for this, as it has happened via the website more times than should be allowed in one life.
