I grew up on a farm outside Cape Town and went to boarding school in the city for High School. I love learning and reading and seeing new things. I am passionate about art and hope to study art next year. I love animals and all types of people and am an avid believer in karma. I am inquisitive and love hearing about adventures. I love going on adventures myself :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have lived in a boarding school for the past 5 years and am currently living with a dutch family. I love sleeping at friends and having friends over at my place. I am a very social person and prefer always being around others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read and have enjoyed 'the perks of being a wallflower' 'the bell jar' and 'the secret garden' most of all. I love happy music or any music that carries emotion such as fleet foxes, bombay bicycle club, dire straits, sigur ros, junip and bon iver.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 5 day walking trail through the Umfolozi reserve in South Africa with nothing, but a backpack and basic food. It was an amazing experience which taught me many things.
