Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz, pop and soft music, action and thriller for movies, mystery for books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first solo trip was in China when I was 16. There wasn’t any cell phone back then. All I had was a paper map and a Fuji camera. But good thing is I had a credit card and ATM! Traveled from Guangzhou to Beijing, Tianjing, and Shijiazhuang. The people I met along my way I could still see their faces in my memories.

When I dislocated my shoulder, instead of sitting at home, I went on a train trip for 20 days on my own. Travelled from Los Angeles to Portland, to Seattle, to Chicago, to Boston, to Maine, to NYC, to Savannah, then to Orlando, and flew back to lax. That's one of my most memorable trips I have ever taken and I met friends from different parts of the world which we still keep in contact with! The experience is priceless!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have taught college level English writing, algebra and economics. If you wanted to be tutored. Haha sure. But if you are interested in the language I can do English and Chinese (both mandarin and Cantonese)

I took one year Arabic so I can read write and speak a little. And would also like to learn Spanish and Thai.

And I am interested in languages in general. While I was traveling in Russia, I learned to read Cyrillic alphabets. And when I went to Korea, I learned how to read as well so that I could order food from their menus.

I could share my ideas, cookings, smiles, laughters, conversation, culture, grocery, beer, etc

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a friendly, generous, mature individual with an open mind and open heart. I am also considerate, courteous and easy to get along.
