ABOUT ME

I'm a student studying medicine, though that's increasingly becoming a side-project on more fun things: swimming (especially outdoors), cycling (fast), running (slower), picnics/eating/cooking, exploring the peak district, meeting people, church, stargazing, beer gardens, travel, music. I haven't yet decided what I want to do when I grow up. I think it will involve a land far, far away.

PHILOSOPHY

Where you invest your love, you invest your life. Possessions or money, or status or success or fame never made anyone happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and surfed... people have always been so kind to me when I travel, I'd like to make it as good as possible for others coming here by showing round or helping any way I can. I currently share a house with non-surfer types so can't offer a couch at the moment :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I CouchSurfed when I cycled to Paris from Sheffield last year, and have hosted people too. Yet to meet a non-legendary fellow surfer.

I like music that I form associations with - I always get new music before travels so that when I am working or uni is dull I can listen and it makes me happy. It's more about the associations than the music itself. This summer is Biffy Clyro.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach English, I need to learn French(!), I hope that I can pass on things that others will teach me. I can teach silly games.
