Interests

Reading (I'm an English major) and symphony orchestra (I play the viola). Most of the time though I prefer to be outside. Farming is my work of choice and in my free time/ on vacation I enjoy distance running, hiking, camping, backpacking, canoeing, you name it--anything active and outdoors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent five months living in the backcountry in Yosemite National Park. Four days a week I worked my tail off fixing trails, and on my three day weekends I backpacked and explored the area--the most adventurous summer of my life, for sure.
