Overview
About Me
I grew up in the suburbs of Ottawa, Canada, but I am french Canadian. I now live just on the boarder of Ontario. I am a PhD student in biology and am passionate about how climate change impacts animals, and how we can find solutions to issues related to climate change. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and keep up with teaching a few times a week. I try to live a low waste, and generally a simple lifestyle... With any amount of money I have to spare, I travel!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really get the most out of a new country/city by getting to know people that live there. I would love to hear your travel stories, and any tips to enjoy your town as much as possible. If you are visiting my city, I might take you to my favourite restaurants and pubs, or for a hike in Gatineau park if time allows!
Interests
When I'm not at the lab, I do anything outdoors! Mostly running, cycling, hiking. I am a violinist, and an avid music listener! I am also an animal lover and hopefully you are too because I've got a giant dog roaming the apartment, and 2 lovely cats.
