Overview
About Me
A pleasure to meet you! I have worked for over 20 years in international banking and private equity/venture capital fund management. I am active in water and environmental questions and can be found at global sustainability conferences. An explorer at heart, I enjoy reading, long walks, travel, theater and dance, music at the crossroads, natural sciences, science fiction, psychology, and futurism (e.g. Kurzweil/Kaku). Overall, I am a hybrid artistic/analytical person, explorer, curious, and optimistic, with a good sense of humor. I am a considerate and clean guest, a non-smoker, a quiet visitor, and very respectful of people's privacy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am attending conferences targeted towards climate change, the environment, and bettering lives for all. I am currently between jobs and grateful for your kindness in hosting me.

Teach, Learn, Share
I am new to couch surfing. If there is anything I can do to be an exceptionally good guest (besides reading any instructions you post), please do not hesitate to let me know.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I tend to be good company. In my Airbnb travels, I have given people advise on startup ventures, provided moral support when their pets were sick, and had long conversations over wine or tea (and candles whenever possible, since I am Scandinavian).
