ABOUT ME

Hello World! My name is Cathy and I am a senior in the Music Education department at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA USA. I'm very passionate about music and can't wait to have my own classroom full of students. I love the Opera and have been in La Boheme, Aida, and Le Nozze di Figaro this past year. I'm going to be graduating in the spring and for a graduation present to myself, will be traveling with a friend to Europe for the month of June! I love to travel and am really excited for the trip - we'll be going to London, Paris, Rome, Vienna and back to London over the course of 25 days.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As in any community space, I hope to bring a unique view of the world and a sense of home to whoever I meet. I love sharing my thoughts and ideas with all that I meet and cannot wait to meet new people through C.S. I am more than happy to meet people in my home town Philly and show them around the city. I know the best place to get a Philly Cheesesteak! In addition, I'm happy to say that with my travel schedule planned, I will bring a new traveler to the C.S. community and spread the knowledge of how wonderful the C.S. community truly is!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love big action movies in the theaters (from the amazing to the ridiculously hilarious) and cheesy chic flicks. Though I wouldn't call myself a movie buff, I love curling up under a bunch of blankets and watching a quiet movie at night.
