I love all kinds of music! Favorites are folk, indie, alternative, blues and jazz.

Most of the time I prefer no TV, but I do watch a movie or Netflix it up from time to time. Currently watching Black Sails...and quite a bit of Rhett & Link/GMM on YouTube.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was the guest Reiki Practitioner for an incredible yoga retreat outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. One of the most humbling and profound travel experiences of my life...so far.
