Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Forever exploring the mountains
ABOUT ME
Colorado native returning home after spending 10 years away - running a honey tasting trekking company in Turkey, mapping silk road trade routes as a National Geographic Young Explorer, and spending a lot of quality time soaking in hot springs across the globe. Now, I work online for an environmental movement driver called 350.org and spend every non-working writing our outside romping around with my puppy.
PHILOSOPHY
Mountains or bust.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
While living in Turkey, through CS, Warm Showers, and other means, I hosted some 50+ people in my home. It changed my life in so many wonderful ways.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A+++
The only reason why I have a 40% respond rate is because while living in Turkey I got very creepy messages from locals on occasion. If you send me a very creepy message, I will not respond...no matter how many times you send it.
Interests
Great books and stories, podcasts and NPR, anything outdoors, anything environment, anything with animals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think everything is pretty amazing, but a few things that I think would be particularly wonderful to witness and I never have are: a sumo wrestling fight, a camel race, a rattle snake festival, anything having to do with Antarctica.
