ABOUT ME

I am a friendly modern day nomad, originally from Slovakia, who loves traveling, meeting new people, learning from them, inspiring them and getting inspired. I am open to give and receive. I have lived in several European countries, USA, China and Taiwan and traveled around Australia, South East Asia and Europe. Until October 2013 I was exploring the reality of the American dream in NYC - my most favorite city in the world. I run my own business - exclusive matchmaking agency Find L'Amour, more at www.findlamour.com. I live in 2 cities - Prague and London.

I love the excitement of a city yet I gratefully receive the gifts of nature: sunlight and the sound of birds singing, or spring showers, or fresh air and snow when sliding down snow-covered hills on skis...

I love exploring new places around the world, no matter where.

I have a dream of bringing up my kids in harmony with the nature and the laws of universe.

My life is like a river.

I am a very active person, trying to make as much as possible out of every single day I live! I love creativity in everything. I try to practice a Buddhist way of life using effective methods that lead to a direct experience of mind. I try to work with my mind through meditation to understand ultimate and conditioned existence or in order words to be happy in the moment. I see understanding and liking myself crucial for understanding and liking whole the world. I strive for living a meaningful life free from suffering. My deepest wish is for everyone to be happy. According to the Enneagram I am a Helper. I struggle for a world to be a better place. I am a typical Gemini. Advocates of Chinese horoscope can remember me as a rat, the fastest one :). I constantly try to learn and develop.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It started when me and my NZ friend Jake stayed for 3 nights at Liese's in Berlin in 2006. I have been using CS since, loving it and trying to spread its ideas wherever I go.
