ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm an art student. I've spent the last 3 years as a painting major and am currently in the Communication Design program. Hoping to be a communication director/own my own shop ( or something of that sort).

I can be a little shy at first but I love seeing people laugh and smile and I love conversationalists! I really enjoy dancing too. I like trying new things and always try and talk myself into doing so. Culture is really an amazing thing and so I really like meeting new people from all walks of life!
I say whats on my mind, but i'm pretty open minded, I notice small personality quirks, I'm a great listener. I enjoy being busy and sometimes I think I like doing day activities more than night but both are great!
I really love images or even things out in the world that give off a sense of beauty or nostalgia. I am constantly curious about the factors that play together to form this.

music: indie, electro, dub, dance...anything from tennis, tanlines, dana del ray, BON IVER, beirut and florence and the machine to pretty lights, JOTS, Grimes, etc.

Movies: Hate horrors, mystery is ok...I like typical sappy girl films like the Notebook and strange controversial documentary's like Catfish and fun time films like Midnight in Paris. I really just like a good Narrative. =)

Books: too many!! recently I read Swarm and it got me into whales.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Not sure if this is so amazing but I've visited the Azores in Portugal and learned to speak portuguese before I spoke English. However, since I've attended school in English all my life I think in English but understand Portuguese so well that I translate it almost instantly without noticing. Sometimes fun!
