Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm studying abroad and in between two programs I am trying to travel and experience local culture and step away from the tourist areas (which considering I am an art history major can be difficult).

I like classical music, folk music, pop, rock and roll, almost everything except American country music. I love fantasy novels and mysteries. Some of my favorite authors are Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Tolkien, Rowling, Terry Brooks, Ian Rankin, Conan Doyle.

I have 13 years of experience with child care, I'm good with animals. I am a native English speaker. I have tutored someone who went on to pass their citizenship test in the United States if that's something that appeals.
