ABOUT ME

I'm a bit addicted to constantly moving, picking up things a long the way - skills, dogs, herbs, dreadlocks etc.. I travel with a beautiful lil pup, and wanna spend much less time in cities and much more time up mountains or in lakes (so does he!) I'm currently on a mission to learn way more folk music (especially from celtic countries), and work on my singing and guitar playing.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm all about communal living, sharing, treating all people/animals/nature with respect, regardless of whether it's your best buddy, a stranger, or a spot you just wanna camp in for a night.. Not concentrating on money, living free and happy. Fighting injustices on your doorstep, and ones around the world.

I think if everyone broke the law a bit more then the world would be a better place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to the official side of couchsurfing but the couches that I've accidentally surfed have ranged from Mayors sons beds to free party heads caravans.. and we've had some lovely folk travelling through staying with us so generally a fan of couches and strangers (:

I'm a bit of a movie lover.. uhh just watched foxfire so thats stuck in my head, hedwig&the angry inch, but im a cheerleader, in fact ive basically just been watching queer films recently!
Books, umm, folk like Huxley, and Orwell, Terry Pratchett, Tolkein, Alice Walker, Sylvia Plath. & i love a good graphic novel (:
And music, at the moment especially American folk&country..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biking through Catalunya & the pyranees with Muesli (my dog) in the front basket.
My first time I climbed up to a treehouse & slept in a tree (15 metres up).

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn how to make more instruments out of random things.. & how to spin wool.
I can share umm, bike maintenance.. travelling super cheap, a bit of herbal medicines :)
