We (me and my boyfriend Olaf) will travel through Québec during the winter. At the moment we are still earning money to have our self-sufficient place in some years, so we want to see where we want to do it...
As we are very close to nature, we hope to find a quiet peaceful place to stay for later. We are clever with our hands and independent. I (Catherine half Québécoise half German) am very good at tailoring and sewing leather and lots of manual techniques such as basketing with meadows, gardening, I bake my own bread and I always conserve fruits and vegetables. Olaf does some manual work with wood and preserves food, too. I speak German, Frensh and English very fluently. We like music a lot and sing, play the guitar and piano. My boyfriend speaks German and English and is learning Frensh at the moment.
