Hello! My name is Catherine (Caty) Herrick. I'm 23 years old, and a college graduate. I currently bar tend for work while I pursue my passion, which is improv comedy and comedy writing. I just recently left Colorado, the state I've lived my whole life, and dropped everything I had there to move to Chicago to push my dreams of comedy and comedy writing. I love the outdoors and I'm an avid skier/ snowboarder. I also love hiking, long boarding, disc golf, camping, painting, dancing, traveling, attending concerts and music festivals, and I'm always up for new adventures. I love laughing and consider myself a strong conversationalist. I look forward to meeting new friends and building strong relationships! Can't wait to say hello.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: my favorite style of music is Bluegrass and Jam Bands, but I adore all kinds of music. I'm especially fond of Funk and my favorite band currently is Trampled by Turtles (bluegrass band). However, I truly appreciate a WIDE variety of music. Movies: favorite movie of all times is Harold and Maude or Waking Life. I also love a wide variety of movies. Books: This is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper, One Last Thing Before I Go by Jonathan Tropper (let's be honest, I just love anything by Jonathan Tropper) August: Osage County a play by Tracy Letts, I love MOST books by Chuck Palahniuk (Choke, Fight Club, Damned, Doomed, Haunted...etc), Ishmael, hmm... I love a lot of books and plays, but those are just a few.
