ABOUT ME

I am a life/artist coach, and an Artist, I also studied to be an Art Teacher, . I Paint and have lived in Florence (2011) learning how to paint frescoes. I love Art, meditation, food, and having new experiences! I recently visited in Europe for three months; Munich, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, and Kaiserslautern!!
Now living in NYC!!

Stay connected no matter what. Meaning that I stay open to stay connected to others no matter what. That may involve having healthy boundaries, but not shutting down. Right now I'm learning and living from a place of trying more, and knowing myself better by doing...

None yet, but I have a couple of friends who have done it in Boston and through out Europe and I'm very eager to do it myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I woke up half way through eye surgery because the Anesthesia wore off... The last 3 stitches were done with practically no anasthesia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how to live/eat on a minimum budget in NYC. Where to get the best $1 pizza, and the good street meat. I love my city and can show you a on of stuff in it, and if I can't I probably know someone who can... I am also a coach so I can always help anyone get in touch with their inner motivation better. I am also certified to teach Orgasmic Meditation.

I'm great at cooking, cleaning, and helping a place feel great. I'm very skilled in helping people live their full potential and find their life's purpose.
