About Me

Hello, there!

My name is Germán García, but most people know me as Cavill (easier to pronounce, most of the times). I am a 24-year-old student, currently taking my Master's Degree in Mathematics at MDH in Västeras.

I love sports, e-sports, card games, wrestling, action movies and pretty much everything and anything that involves doing amazing stuff.

I also enjoy nature, specially when it brings me the chance to put a little challenge on myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently learning to meet new people, and I think this can be the best way around that - Being able to share the experience of traveling and at the same time learning for what other people can offer.

Interests

I'm into anything that involves movement: from yoga to wrestling, tennis, jiu-jitsu, hiking... I am also a bit into more extra-fun things, climbing, parkour...

... in the other hand, I am a big lover of computers and high-tech in general. Give me a good game with a nice story and I will enjoy it as a good novel (which I also enjoy to a fair extent).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: La Maravillosa Orquesta del Alcohol, Sabaton

Movies: Fighter in the Wind, Infinity War, Untouchable

Books: Geralt from Rivia, The Name of the Rose, Berserk (manga, but still counts)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I baked a cauliflower pizza crust one day. It may not sound that good, but it was the very best in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

Okham's knife Principle: the simpler, the better, most of the time.

Two swords are harder to fight with than one, but their potential is way higher.

Philosophy apart, I can teach:

- Mathematics
- Parkour
- Fundamentals of Wrestling
- Some basic DIY: Duct tape was always the future

What I Can Share with Hosts

An open mind, years of cultivating my passions and certain basic cooking skills that happen to work wonders among Erasmus students.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Latvia, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In

Spain, Sweden
