I am obsessed with STAR TREK!!!! I love all the series, except The Original Series, and I have read many books and listened to nearly all the audiobooks. I have seen every movie, and have watched TNG, VOY, DS9, ENT and even the new Discovery multiple times over. I also love other sci-fi.
One of my favorites is SENSE8. It breathes life into me when I need it the most, and I think it is one of the most beautiful visual representation of what life is like when you connect to other people. It gives me hope, and hope is something I can't get enough of.

I can teach you some French, some random knowledge, some linguistics (or maybe you can teach me since my knowledge has gotten rusty), and more. I can even teach you to make an authentic Southern Mexican dish (their take on carne asada, and the sauces to go with it), and the French delight known as gratin dauphinois (potatoes au gratin), with or without meat.
